05-04-19

The success of the Martial Arts camp which was held last year in the month of April 2018 compelled the school to organize a follow up camp so that to provide a huge boost to the self-esteem of students.

Earl Jessie – an internationally acclaimed Martial arts coach conducted a 15-day training camp in April 2019 for students of the school. Last year more than five hundred students were trained in a variety of Martial arts and physical disciplines. Students from SEN department were also trained this time. The skills learned by SEN students have great therapeutic value for management of attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism. It induces significant improvement in language, social communication and cognition, as well as less hyperactivity, temper tantrums, longer attention spans, better sleeping patterns and more independence. Besides he also shared his expertise with entire sports faculty of our school, and trained them further in advanced techniques.
