Delhi Public School, Athwajan Srinagar has been working in collaboration with an organization AFS (American Field Services) for past five years. Every year our children get selected and have the opportunity of exploring the world and get exposed to intercultural learning. We have six student returnees who have completed their scholarships from various American Universities, 15 teacher returnees who are presently working as active volunteers of AFS. This year our own scholarship children of Delhi Public School Athwajan, (Syed Imaan and Syed Saib) have been selected for one year scholarship programme to United States of America. 390 students have completed YES Scholarship programmes in India and are active volunteers and Alumini of AFS. We take pride in having such scholarships for our children as it is a need of time. The school is actively planning to encourage and expand the scope of these programs in its bid to evolve a multi –ethnic outlook in its students.

Delhi Public School is committed to quality education by exposing students to inter and intra national educational standards and cultures. This ensures holistic development of a child’s Personality as a transcultural ethic is developed. Towards this end, the school has taken the lead in offering and participating in exchange programmes. The school offers scholarship programmes for and upto one year in almost 21 countries of the world including Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand and US.
